Discover a world of inspiration and creativity at Creative Art Camp! Classes are designed to encourage expression, imagination and nurture your budding artists creative side. The weeklong camp sessions will include field trips where we will explore multiple art techniques such as painting, drawing and sculpting.

The Garfield Park Conservatory is one of the largest and most stunning conservatories in the nation. Often referred to as “landscape art under glass,” the conservatory occupies approximately two acres inside, where thousands of plant species are on display throughout eight rooms.
Lizzadro Museum of Lapidary Art The Elmhurst Museum is the brainchild of a forward-thinking group of teachers, artists and community organizers, and was founded with the belief that people from all walks of life and professions can learn how to see and to think differently through the study of art. We will also visit the Lizzadro Museum of Lapidary Art just blocks away to view their collection of Florentine and Roman Stone Mosaics.
Located on the Oakton Community College Des Plaines campus, the museum is committed to establishing and encouraging an adventuresome environment for art. Its exhibits serve an educational purpose as well as exploring current directions in regional, national, and international art.
The Oriental Institute Museum is a world-renowned showcase for the history, art, and archaeology of the ancient Near East. The museum displays objects recovered by Oriental Institute excavations in permanent galleries devoted to ancient Egypt, Nubia, Persia, Mesopotamia, Syria, Anatolia and the ancient site of Megiddo.
Founded in 1879 and recognized around the world for its curatorial efforts, the museum’s collection is encyclopedic, and houses a number of iconic works of art. Its permanent collection of nearly 300,00 works of art is augmented by more than 30 special exhibitions mounted yearly.
