- Party Room/Pool available Saturdays and Sundays only for up to 40 people
- Room time is from 10:00am-1:30pm/Pool Time from 10:00-11:00am
- $125/Residents only plus $100 for pool and $50 refundable security deposit (cash/check)
- Application can be downloaded.
NORTH BERWYN PARK DISTRICT SPRAY POOL RULES & REGULATIONS
• All children and non-swimmers must be accompanied by and watched by a parent or guardian at least 16 years of age
(with a picture I.D.).
• Please walk on the pool deck and while in the pool.
• All children using the slide shall do so in a sitting position, facing forward, and one at a time.
• Please exit the bottom of the slide area quickly to allow the following child their turn.
• No climbing or jumping off the slide or platforms is allowed.
• Toddlers wearing diapers must wear tight fitting plastic pants.
• The park district is NOT responsible for loss or theft of any personal belongings.
• Admission to the pool may be refused to any person having any contagious infectious condition or disease, per park district policy.
• For health & safety and maintenance reasons, inflatable swimming devices are not allowed in the pool or on the pool deck. This includes toys, oil products, glass containers, chewing gum and footwear.
• NO smoking, alcohol/drugs, or persons under the influence are allowed on the pool deck, pool or park area.
• NO drinks, food, chairs, strollers or radios are allowed beyond the pool entrance. (Please remain in designated area.)
• All patrons must wear appropriate swimwear.
• The pool will be closed under the following conditions:
1. Air temperature is 70 degrees or below.
2. Program Supervisor’s or pool monitor’s discretion for potentially threatening weather including lightning.
3. Unusual circumstances.
4. Testing of the guards through safety audits.
• Additional rules may be added by management to insure the safety of the pool patrons.
