Stretch the spine, strengthen the core and relax your joints! This class will focus on gentle stretches performed sitting or standing and using a chair for support. Learning to draw can be daunting, but if you doodle or make a stick figure, you’re drawing! In this class we’ll investigate the various mediums and techniques used in drawing, from simple #2 pencils to charcoal and ink pens, we’ll work in both black and white and color mediums. Drawing can be relaxing, insightful and just plain fun!
