SATURDAY, APRIL 24, 2010 - Join the North Berwyn Park District and register to the 2010 Think GREEN Citywide Clean-Up in Berwyn on Saturday, April 24 from 9:00 am-12:00 noon.
The Park is proud to see an incredible increase of volunteers every year and asks everyone for their help to make this year’s Citywide Clean-Up even better. North Berwyn Park District will provide all that is necessary to clean and beautify various locations in Berwyn and will assign groups to such locations. EGGciting Easter Events 2/19/2010
North Berwyn Park District invites you and your family to celebrate Easter complete with an Easter EGGstravaganza, Easter Egg Hunts and an Easter Basket Delivery!
SATURDAY, MARCH 27, 2010 - The Easter EGGstravaganza will be held at the North Berwyn Park District Community Center from 10:00 am-12:00 noon. The celebration will include Egg Painting, Cookie Decorating, Easter Crafts and Pictures with the Easter Bunny! This event is FREE and will be open to all ages. No registration is required.
FRIDAY, APRIL 2, 2010 - In collaboration with the North Berwyn Park District and the Berwyn Park District, the City of Berwyn will host the Annual Berwyn Easter Egg Hunt at Morton West High School, 2400 S. Home Ave. *Rain Location: Field House
SATURDAY, APRIL 3, 2010 - The Easter Egg Hunt will promptly start at 11:00 am at St. Mary of Celle Field, 14th & Euclid. Plan to arrive early for this popular event and don’t forget your Easter basket! Children will be divided by age groups. No registration is required.
SATURDAY, APRIL 3, 2010 - Make your child’s Easter extra special by having the Easter Bunny deliver his/her Easter Basket directly to your home! The Easter Basket Delivery is limited to a number of deliveries. Please register in advance at North Berwyn Park District. All baskets will be delivered on Saturday, April 3 between 12:00 noon-3:00 pm. $5 Fee Per Basket. *North Berwyn residents eligible. Have You Purchased Your Youth License Plate? 1/22/2010
Park Districts in Illinois have been providing Youth Programs for many years. The Secretary of State has approved the Youth License Plate. The license plates help fund youth activities. The sale and subsequent renewals of each plate generate $25 for the Power Play Grant Program, which funds youth programs in park and recreation agencies throughout Illinois. The goal of the Power Play program is to increase the number of opportunities designed to show youth the lifelong benefits of fitness, health and nutrition.
