Berwyn Gardens

Between Grove and Wenonah Avenues, North of Cermak Road

Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Cermak Avenue you will find these beautiful passive parkways. Featuring game tables, a gazebo, one age-specific modular play set, benches, shade trees, ornamental trees, flowering shrubs, rolling berms, serpentine pathway, and sprawling green space. This is also home to the KaBoom project Mother's on a Mission Park a handicap accessible playground built by the community for the community in one day. During the Fall season, these gardens host the North Berwyn Park District's Pumpkin Patch and Haunted Story Time.

History
Berwyn Gardens is an award-winning park that was developed in 1997 as a six parcel linear outdoor recreational area. The park was constructed on the old vacin fairway, which was donated by the City of Berwyn.
The park received its name in recognition of the beautiful gardens that are representative of the residential units throughout the community.
