An intense cardiovascular and strength class designed to increase stamina, strength and overall fitness. This class will focus on using body weight resistance to tone muscle and a variety of programs to improve cardiovascular endurance.

Yoga

Ideal for the beginner or intermediate student, this class will help you develop strength, stamina, flexibility and balance control. You will also be introduced to basic postures and stretches. Mats are provided or you may bring your own.

Zumba
