This class is sure to get you excited about getting creative! We will provide participants with a wide variety of materials and mediums to experiment and create with. You will find that we have created a space for learning and practice where all students, whether beginning or experienced, can inspire one another and discover the artist within.
Note: All materials and instruction will be provided, but participants are welcome to bring materials from home if desired.

Stretch the spine, strengthen the core and relax your joints! This class will focus on gentle stretches performed sitting or standing and using a chair for support. Yoga postures and breathing techniques will be combined to improve flexibility and promote mobility while helping to increase your oxygen intake.

This course teaches valuable defensive driving strategies and provides a refresher understanding of the rules of the road to help keep you safe. After taking this newly updated course, you may be eligible for a discount on your car insurance.
