NORTH BERWYN PARK DISTRICT SPRAY POOL RULES & REGULATIONS
*Posted height requirements for each facility must be adhered to *Play at your own risk. You are responsible for determining if your child is physically fit and properly skilled for any activity *Parents may be in the spray pool area with their children but MUST wear swim apparel *Admission to the facility shall be refused to all persons having any contagious diseases or infectious conditions *One adult (age 18 or older with picture ID) per three children must be present to supervise *Children MUST wear clean swim apparel at the spray pool *Children who are not toilet trained MUST wear tight fitting plastic pants over a swim diaper *No disposable diapers will be allowed *No running or rough play *No street shoes allowed, only bare feet or aqua socks *No chairs, baby strollers or carriers are allowed in the spray pool area *No soap, shampoo, conditioners, lotions or body washes *Use of the spray pool is prohibited when thunder is heard or lightning is seen, including 30-minute period after the last lightning or thunder is detected *The facility will not open if the air temperature is less than 70 degrees *Groups of 10 or more wishing to use the spray pool facility must obtain a special use permit *Climbing on the equipment and fences is not allowed *No food, smoking or beverages *No glass or metal *The North Berwyn Park District reserves the right to remove any individuals or parties that refuse to follow park rules *Other rules may be added by management as needed
The spray pool monitor is in change and is responsible for enforcing these rules
Please report all unsafe conditions and broken equipment to the North Berwyn Park District at (708)749-4900-park should not be used in unsafe condition. Acts of vandalism will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. The park district reserves the right to incorporate rules not specifically listed.
Nothing prevents a good program from running more than waiting until the last minute to register for it. Classes that have a low enrollment are generally cancelled approximately one week prior to the first meeting date. Please register for your programs as early as possible to avoid cancellations.
