History
In 1976 the North Berwyn Park District was formed in a rented storefront on 15th & Oak Park Avenues. In 1979 the City of Berwyn deeded to the North Berwyn Park District the land it currently sits on. In 1982 the Community Center was constructed, soon filled with activity the need for an addition presented itself. In 1987 that need was satisfied with the construction of an addition on the Northwest side of the original footprint.
