Dia de los Muertos Paint & Pour Night Sells Out: A Perfect Date Night Experience!

Berwyn, Illinois– November 1, 2024 – North Berwyn Park District is thrilled to announce that its Dia de los Muertos Paint & Pour Night on Friday, November 1 was a complete sell-out! The event offered couples a unique and fun twist on traditional date night, combining art, relaxation, and creativity into one unforgettable evening.

At Paint & Pour, participants enjoyed their favorite glass of wine, delicious finger foods, and a relaxing atmosphere, all while creating their own colorful ceramic masterpiece. The event brought together loved ones, whether celebrating a first date or a 20th anniversary, for a fun, stress-free way to connect and create memories.

“We wanted to offer couples a night of fun and creativity, where they could bond over a shared experience, enjoy some wine, and try something new,” said Tara Tischer, Superintendent of Recreation at NBPD. “We are so happy to see the event sold out and are looking forward to bringing more Paint & Pour nights to our community in the future.”

The Dia de los Muertos theme added a festive touch to the evening, with participants decorating their ceramics in vibrant colors, creating a beautiful, culturally inspired keepsake to take home. The step-by-step instructions and all decorating supplies were provided, ensuring that everyone—whether a seasoned artist or a beginner—felt confident in their creative abilities.
